CORDATO Architecture & Interiors, currently is focused on producing Design focused projects at a number of scales. From Interior Design, Additions & Alterations, Single Dwellings, Heritage Works, Dual Occupancy, Hospitality, Commercial Fitouts and Adaptive Re-use.
Originally established as DWC Designs in 2020, the practice has grown beyond doing projects on the side, and contracting to assist other practices with additional workload.
Led by Principal Registered Architect David Cordato (NSW ARB. No 12894) and based in Sydney Australia, our practice guides projects from concept design to the completion of construction.
Although the studio is young, our collective experiences provide us with a breadth of knowledge on a number of building types.
Process
At CORDATO ARCHITECTURE we believe that the early stages of the design development are as important as the finishing touches, as making decisions early, save time and money in the future. We achieve this by working closely with our clients to deliver the best outcome for each situation.
The practice has a lot of experience working along side town planners, heritage consultants, engineers as well as a variety of other specialist consultants as to ensure the projects can meet all relevant standards and requirements. This is essential as to balance the design intent with the real world limitations and make changes to enhance the final design.
During the construction certificate and construction stages we work closely with the Builders and Contractors for each of our projects to ensure they run smoothly and questions can be resolved promptly.
