Wolseley Street

The interiors project was to an exisitng 1970s Strata Apartment. The original idea was to just renovate the bathroom in place, however I was able to find some space by reducing the internal hallway, and relocating a door to a bedroom. I was also able to go through and upgrade and repair previous renovations as to ensure the current safety standards are met. This inculded upgrading the electrical system to allow for A/C and EV Charging. Due to the tight constraights and it being in a Strata block, provided some great insights I have been able to use in future projects. The project completed on time and reached the desired outcomes of the owners.
