I helped with a S4.55 Submission to update the Facade/ increase the size of the basment and roof terrace. In addition to this we where developing the CC package including detailed room documents for the wet areas/ bbq area/ fireplace/ kitchen.

The key to this project was maximising the approval as well as transforming the approved facade into a more modern design that was more in keeping with the Clients personal design style.
